I was under the impression that Getter Hien was based on notes Ishikawa was keeping before his passing. I know it was one of those, just I don't remember which. I'm pretty sure Hien being based on Ishikawa's notes is some sort of baseless rumor. I've never once seen any kind of source for that info.
