Nerzugals dungeon master toolkit pdf download

I love the looks of this. Is anyone working on a Fantasy Grounds implementation of this or the sequel? It would violate their exclusivity agreement. I know I am at least not allowed to sell it in their store as I have already worked with them in the past on it.

Now adding FG resources as part of the download for this might be ok though I'm still not sure , but I don't have any plans of doing so at the moment. I am already diving deep on my next book and trying to keep the momentum going. Sorry I couldn't be of more help! Search my name Rob Twohy and see how many collaborations I've done. I'd be happy to help. If interested feel free to contact me It says there is an inscription on the far wall as well as something written on the sign, but I don't see anything about WHAT is written on the sign.

Sorry about the confusion. This contains the text that is inscribed upon the wall. The wooden sign is what contains the pictures of what goes into each of the buckets. I suppose "text" is probably the incorrect word for this, but from a distance that may be what it appears to be to the characters. The characters can associate each of the pictures with the metal buckets hanging over the room. Alternatively, you can get rid of this sign and simply have these pictures inscribed directly on the buckets.

Hopefully that provides some clarity! I love it! The Gol'Goroth seems to be one of the most loved adventures I have produced! I have some ideas brewing for a resurrection of the ancient from demon for a higher level one-shot that I think will be just as twisted and exciting! That would be awesome! Great writing style and storytelling as well. Very easy for me at least to work your descriptions into the narrative flow.

I'm a fairly new DM so I'm pretty sure this should be taking as a compliment:. If that question is directed at me, the product is put together using the Homebrewery.

I don't think you are supposed to link other sites so just search Natural Crit Homebrwery to get to it. I love the book, I downloaded the print friendly version and there are a couple of formatting errors on some of the tables Starting at page 9. Otherwise, this is a great product. Whoa, don't know how those guys snuck in there! Thanks for letting me know! I will get those fixed as soon as I get home from work.

Sorry about that! Great toolkit for inspiration or quick content! One thing thought. BUT I wanted to let you know!

Hey Mono, it isn't a typo but perhaps a confusion in the way it is stated. The SUM of the first three and the last four both equal fifteen, but the number created by simply taking the raw number is greater.

And I so want this. I'm glad you feel that way. Hopefully one day the DM's Guild will allow for us to create print copies of our products.

Until then, the best you could do is maybe to print it out and bind it yourself if you really want a physical copy! Unfortunately, all of the maps in this Toolkit were handmade by me and I am far from an artist.

I tried at one point to create something that could be used, but the three stories of the structure made it quite difficult for me. Hopefully that helps! Great product! Oh, that is definitely a typo. Thanks, Robert. I am actually planning on releasing an updated version of this guide before my next Toolkit goes out and comments like this are always really helpful. Hope you enjoy!

Oskar B. Jo-Jo E. Supplimental and vital information for 5e can be found in this book for Dungeon Masters. The scenarios are well written and great to use on the fly! Mason B. I will definitely be using this resource. I originally downloaded it for the variability in weapon enchantments, but everything in it is gold.

Ryan S. I have used just about every section of this supplement. The adventures are great and are easily adapted to many different settings. The puzzles I have used in multiple adventures. Gil C. I just finished running the horror-themed Cult of the Gol'Goroth. My players had a blast! The horror aspects are beautifully reminiscent of such works as Stephen King's Dark Tower series, particularly the disgusting bits. Also, the new Bestiary is part [ See All Ratings and Reviews.

Original electronic Scanned image These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable.

Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background. For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality. I partner with Fantasy Grounds to get those conversions made so I can focus on producing new content rather than doing those conversions myself.

They are responsible for making sure that their converted version works on their platform and get to share in the profits as a result. So if you are trying to convert this raw PDF into their platform then I am afraid there is nothing I can do.

Are they responsible for the modules on the DMs Guild website? I will have to contact them about fixing it if that is the case. They work fine for Fantasy Grounds, but the Unity Beta was just released, and it doesn't work with that version.

I believe they are only responsible for items that have official Fantasy Grounds conversions. Some products might work on their platform just out of luck or coincidence, but if it isn't want of their official conversions then I dont think they will do anything.

There is a Fantasy Grounds conversion of this product out there that should still work if you wish to purchase it, but this regular pdf version may not.

My first time DMing was the Nerastrim Manor from this collection. I had so much fun and it was so well put together that I drew out the battle map, used miniatures, had different voices and personalities for the different characters and it just came to life.

Steven Williams did an amazing job! I am glad you enjoyed the adventure and thank you so much for the kind words! I hope the hard copies treat you well and you have as much fun with any of my other adventures you choose to run! Just out of curiosity, do you know offhand about how long shipping takes once it is mailed? Depends on where you are ordering it from, but typically days in my experience to print and ship. This is the most awesome guide ever! April 04, pm UTC.

I'm excited to start using this with my group. I'm sending them to the Temple of Pure Ice. How long do the temples usually take?

It's a party of four 5th-level characters. I expect them to take hours depending on your party's pace. If combats go fast, you can expect the lower end but for slower combats you can expect the higher end. So depending on how long you play and the typical pace it will take sessions. And items like "Bouqet of Woe" are genius for her character, who is a potionsmith assassin of house cannith in an alternate eberron where dragon shards no longer exist and have been replaced with alchemical copies of khyber shards, which also makes the item "elemental shard" AWESOME and opens so many options for her cannith stronghold forge.

This is probably really silly, but I just wanted to leave a comment for the creator, as he really left an impact on our group and inspired me. It was wonderful and nerve wracking, and a great way to give our characters something to bond over. The next time she ran it, I happened to stumble through the room with the intent of making tea -- When suddenly an idea struck me. Through a few quick texts, we agreed that I would jump in and NPC Joshua when the time came, if only to throw the group off a bit!

Unexpectedly, the group became attached to him, and so did I. Well, my group just finished our first campaign together, and while mulling over characters for the next, my DM and I had the best idea: I could play Joshua as a warlock.

See more he comes of age, being watched over by a different entity with a different demand, minor curse, or inconvenience placed upon him every year until he turns eighteen. Which happens today, in the first day of our campaign. Thank you so much for writing this, as it has inspired such a fun character for me. That is definitely not silly!

I will admit you had me tearing up a bit at work. I love stories of how my writing helps new players, so it is an absolute delight to hear stories such as this. Thank you so much for the comment! This is really awesome. I used "The Nerastrim Manor" for my first adventure with brand new players, and as a brand new DM, it went really smoothly.

There is a mistake with the son's name. His name is Joshua, and is referred to as such, but in the basement when you see his body, his name changes to Jacob.

Just figured I'd let you know. Thanks so much for making this Pay What you Want, it really is an incredibly useful tool. Thank you so much! I will make sure to get that typo fixed. Excellent material! I love what you've made so far and I appreciate that it's pay what you want. Are you planning on making a printer friendly version like you did with v1? The yellowed pages are gonna suck so much ink and I would much prefer a printed copy.

Do you have the latest version of the Toolkit? It should have white backgrounds so it is more printer friendly. I just wanted to say thank you for making these pay what you want. Currently due to the Wildfire near me in CA I can't pay for something this awesome, but wanted you to know that I will come back and purchase it when I get income again!! Thanks for making it available to all! New DM here and I'm super excited to check this out. Only the cover is in color. The rest of the images within are in the style of sketches and are in black and white.

I had over 50 illustrations done and my art budget wasn't high enough to afford full-color illustrations throughout. For later projects, I may consider doing a Kickstarter to get some upfront funding to pay for such artwork. Thanks so much for the quick reply! My main reason for asking was because I was afraid of breaking my budget on ink when the time comes to print it out I assume I can print it from the PDF?

Looking forward to digging in:. First of all, really think you are awesome for offering all that as pay what you want. I have a question though if you don't mind. I'm looking at running a one shot soon hours , and I would like to know what levels and party size the one-shots are optimized for.

My party will be around 3rd level and players big, I know. They find interesting NPCs the most fun. Are your one shots doable with this configuration and if so, which has your favourite NPC? Thanks for your time. The Showdown in Skalintown I think would work for your party really well. They are third level so I would use the 5th or 6th level version of the one-shot depending on how skilled they are in combat.

It is a wild west showdown with plenty of room for everyone to shine and requires the entire table to come together to plan and coordinate. He is a former member of the bandit group that is attacking the town so the party had some fun trying to decide whether or not they trusted him.

Hopefully I got back to you in time! Good luck! Hey, I make the product PWYW so even people without money can enjoy my work and have an awesome addition to their collection. I hope you find the Toolkit helpful! When I open the document I see many blank sections and a few sections where the print is upside down and backwards. I'm using Adobe 9. Can you send a copy of the PDF you have to Nerzugal gmail. I have been trying to find the root cause of the issue but I cannot recreate it on any of my devices with the current PDF that is downloaded for the product.

I want to help out, but I don't know if it is an issue with the actual file or with the PDF viewers. I'm not sure if this is a common problem, but most of the text appears to be blending into the white background or not loading for some reason.
